My booking/reservation

  1. When the customer takes over the car, it must be inspected both inside and outside.
  2. For any defect found in the car, the agent of the agency must be informed, otherwise the client is responsible.
  3. After the car is taken over, the client is responsible in case of an accident only when the client of the agency is guilty and is obliged to answer the monetary value of the damage until it is repaired.
  4. In case the driver of the other car that causes the accident is guilty, the police or agency agent should be notified. In this case, the client bears no responsibility for the accident
  5. After the car is taken over, the customer must keep the phone number open until the car is delivered.
  6. The car is not Kasko insured.
  7. The car will be picked up at a certain time and brought back at the same time.
  8. If the car passes more than one hour after the delivery time, the customer must pay another additional day based on the value of the car he received.
  9. Even when the car is kept outside only for the night, it is considered an extra day for which the customer must pay.
  10. If during the use of the car it is found that fines have been received, and the customer has not indicated this, then Insig and the state police are obliged to withdraw the fine from the customer.
  11. In case of loss of the car key, the customer pays a fine of 400 EUR (four hundred Eur).
  12. The car must be taken washed and brought back washed.
  13.  At the moment of receipt and until the delivery is made of the car, you must be careful with the maintenance of the car and do not spill liquids or other substances that carry heavy aromas, and otherwise you will be fined with a value of 100 EUR (hundred) for washing the upholstery.
  14. Smoking is not allowed in the car.

Your booking will be confirmed within 1 (one) hours. In case you don’t receive a confirmation, please check if your spam filter has marked the confirmation mail as unwanted. If the booking is made after 10:00 PM, you will receive a confirmation the following day, referring to the hours of 8:00 AM.

You can contact us through the contact form. If change or cancellation is at short notice (within 24 hours), we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.

In case of any changes or cancellations before the start of the car rental, no administration fees will be charged. When you cancel your booking before the start of the car rental, you will always get a refund. Cancellation is only without charge up to 24 hours before pickup. All changes and cancellations are carried out by us and not by the car rental company. Other changes such as the rental period will obviously affect the price of your booking.

Pickup, use and return of my rental car

When collecting your rental car, you must always present your reservation voucher, which contains specific details about the reserved vehicle, pricing, and other relevant information. This voucher will be sent to you via email after you make the booking. Upon collecting the rental car, you will be required to sign a rental agreement at the location.

In addition to the voucher, please ensure you have your passport, driver’s license, and credit card with you. If your driver’s license is not readable by the rental company (for example, if it’s in Chinese), you will also need an international driver’s license for translation purposes. Please note that only your original passport and driver’s license are acceptable, so avoid bringing copies.

In many cases it’s not a problem. Sometimes it’s not allowed. Please mention the countries you wish to travel to when booking your rental car. The booking will be checked to see which countries are allowed. Sometimes special cross border documents are needed. Please contact us by phone in case you have any questions before making a booking. If you wish to travel outside the territory of the Republic of Albania, you will need to contact us to facilitate the completion of additional documents for this service, according to the required tariffs.
